Ben I 'm glad you followed up on my mail re: Gorden Lippman. I asked his sister twice to spell the name but I guess neither hear that well.  I thought she said Littman. I checked my roster I have not found Lippman. When she comes you will be able to find out the story. Thanks Bill

Important Reunion Information
 
OK.  Right now, as Ashley explained she can't give any more rooms at the group rate for the 27th.  If we increase the contract for that night, she can give us a different group rate of $189.  If we don't increase the contract, and people just try on their own to get a room, they'll be quoted $239.  Increasing the block in the contract is typically a concern, as it's tied to attrition penalties and all, but at this point your pick up looks good.
 
It would be a good idea to increase the block on 27th for another 10 rooms, at the higher rate.  Is that okay with you?

Hi Ben,

There are still double rooms available.  There are 15 doubles on the 28th, 17 on the 29th, 18 on the 30th and 23 on the 1st.  I am guessing the attendee requested to come in a day early, the 27th.  In that case 517th has already reached the allotted number of contracted rooms.  I can add additional rooms into the block on the 27th however they would be at a higher rate.  If attendees would like to stay the tail end of the reunion (i.e. July 2nd, 3rd), I would absolutely be able to load more rooms into the system at the group rate.
