Hello Ben, It has been sometime since I've been in
contact with Mil Call. I'm spending more time with Arlene, she has fallen
three time and need to use a walker. We have really good help here in the
nursing home. I'm real busy helping the young nurses with Love
Life.
Even tho this a Mennonite Home they all know I'm a veteran, many
think I some great hero. what joke. I have given many interviews to High School
and College Students Just finished nine weeks with three college students
they were excited about our web page and wanted to spend more time with me, I
agreed.
Ben you been tell us to meet with the VA, I had meeting April
23, just waiting yo hear from them.
In one of Mail Call, the Certificate of
Appreciation,
FREEDOM TEAM SALUTE was written about. well some unknown
reason I have received two. When I received the first one, I figured Ben had
turned in the 517th Rooster and all had received the Certificate.

Dear Ben,
I hope you are doing fine and am most happy to learn you will be in Southern France this summer! Its with great interest that I went thru the 200 photos and clippings sent in by Andy Hill about his Granddad Harry A. Hill, B Company.
I just noticed that Andy is missing a lot of info about locations and various info about his granddad's papers and time with the 517th.
Ben, if you let me have Andy's email address of simply forward him this message I can help/supply Andy with a lot of info on the whereabouts and the locations when/where the photos were taken.
Andy, if you read this message, get in touch, I might not be able to give the exact locations of the pictures but will be able to tell you exactly in which campaign/country they were taken and will give accurate info about the dates the photos were taken.
