Someone has just signed your guestbook!
I just found out this
week that the guestbook was broken. No one has been able to post for a long time.
I fixed it. - Bob

What a wonderful web site!
Thanks to all who made it possible for me to learn more about my uncle, who I
never had the pleasure of knowing. His name was Pvt. Al D. Baggett, 2 BN HQ. He
was KIA Sept of 1944. From Louisiana. He was at LSU on a football scholarship
when he enlisted. That sums up almost everything I know about him. If you knew
Al, I'd be most grateful to hear your remembrances of him and of your service
together. Thank you.

I
was wondering if anyone had any stories about my Great Grandfather William H.
Simmons. He was in 1st battalion, company c. He is still around today but has a
terrible time talking about the war. if anyone has any stories it would be
greatly appreciated.
