My dad served in E Company with his grandfather, Moses, but Mr. Arredondo wasn't in the photo of the E Co. troopers taken at Joigny in June '45. Hi George; Mr. Barrett was kind enough to give me your email address. My dad served in E Company with your grandfather. Like you, I'm trying to find out as much as I can about his service with the 517th. I'm wondering if you'd be kind enough to pass along a message to your grandfather. With 155-160 men in a company, it's entirely possible they didn't know one another, or didn't know one another too well.
