Hello,

I talked to Clark Archer this morning. Unfortunately he is not in the best of health. He told me that he was just trying to stay out of the hospital.

I wonder if Jesse and Joe are having a contest to see who can out hospitalize whom!!  Joe is back in the hospital after 2 diabetic shock events.  He is also like a pin cushion and maybe all 517thers are like those two as his veins also roll and blow!!  After a zillion blood tests today and 2 pints of blood, Joe hopes to come home again tomorrow so hope all goes well.  He did have one good day at home before returning!!  My car is on automatic to go to the hospital--it knows the way!!  Best wishes to all who sent their regards--Edith

HI BEN ,I want to thank you for all email, it is good to know that someone still cares about us old boys. We sure went thru alot of hell but also some good times, and made a lot of good friends. I  wanted to inform you that on april 18,2004 I lost my lovely wife Gwyn, she had been in and out of the hospital since September 2003, but was not able to keep up her valiant fight against bone cancer. I sure do miss her. My friend from California flew over here to help me with the move back to the states, I hope to be over there soon .I will let you know my friends email when we get ready to leave Australia. I was in original Cadry HEADQUARTERS COMPANY 3Rd BATTALION, again my thanks for all the email.   Gerry Davis

Hey Ben, thanks again for all the fantastic mail calls!!  I don't respond
much, but I do read them all and hope you'll keep them coming.  I noticed my
address in the "returned email addresses" column on the last mail call;
don't worry, I am getting all of them.  I've been checking the numbers to be
sure.  I'm at a loss as to why the server is telling you that they aren't
being delivered.  No worries.

Thanks again!!

Andrew said he would really try to make the reunion in January.  We are definitely going to try for the one next summer.

My first big reunion was Niagara Falls but I think Andrew had gone to a mini in Kansas City.  We were both at the big one in KC.  We have enjoyed all the reunions we have attended and always look forward to seeing old friends.......

Ben,

This was in some of the things that Jack Larson brought back with him from the war.  We were wondering if anyone might know anything about it.

Thanks for the help,
