I had a senior moment and clicked the wrong key and sent out a
personal email that was meant to be sent to Claire Giblin only, but was also
sent to 300 members on my 517 email roster. It was not my intent to share
personal issues with all. However, thanks for the kind response that I
received from many.

Marvin Moles ,
his daughter and his husband came over
to France this week end to participate
in the
commemorations of the liberation of Sospel.
Unfortunately I live in
Croatia right now, so was only
able to be there for one day. But I think Mr
Moles had
a good time. My family brought him to Courmes, where
he had
lost his helmet in 1944, and apparently all the
locals gave him a warm
welcome. I hope Mr Moles
enjoyed the trip.
I would also like to know if
any of the members of
this site have any photos taken at la Roquette
in
1944. I spoke to several of the locals recently, and
if I could find
some photos, that would be really
great. Any other photos taken between
august 18th and
up until Nice would also be great.
