Hello Ben. sorry I missed the
Reunion, it sounds as if it was another
wonderful gathering as usual, thanks
to many, but especially Bob and
Mildred. They are special people.
I
will let nothing interfere with being in Savannah in Aug.
Hello to all
my 517 buddies!

Dad,
Our domain name registration -- www.517prct.org -- expires
in a month, so we need to renew it. The cost is $15 per year, and we can
renew for up to 9 years ($135).
As I hope to keep the site going forever, in some
form, should we renew for the max -- 9 years?

Hi Ben. It was so good to see you and
Jeff and his friend at the Mini". As usual, the Christies did as Dick
Seitz would say, " an outstanding" job organizing, feeding, and making all of us
feel welcome. Headquarters Second had a good
group. Helen and Hal Beddow had an opportunity to give us their
plans for the Savannah Reunion. Another Seitz
'"Outstanding". The idea of a 517 auxiliary really
sounds great---both young women and
men to carry on the tradition.
Small footnote- Jim was the second President of the Association
from 1973-1975 . Imagine, 30 years ago, I bring his silver cup each time
we meet and we drink a toast to all the men of Hdqr. Second who are no longer
with us. See you in Savannah!

Thanks Ben. brought up the roster. We are fine.
Finally
rested. We drove home in 3 days. 12 hrs the
last day, Sat. But when we hit
north TX, it was too
close to home not to plow ahead. Wanted to sleep
in
our own bed. Did not really get to visit with you.
Had a friend
from AZ send pictures of the snow in
Boston. It was pretty to look at, but I
am sure you
could have done with less. We were suppose to get 5"
of snow
Tues & Wed. But I all the weather people in OK
were wrong. Thank
goodness. Thanks again for the help.
. Love, LOU
