Comments: Hello, I'm looking for any information on my uncle, Patrick Michaels. He was with the 596th Engineer Company, 517th Parachute Regiment. The only information we have is that he died in a automobile accident when he was 19. I would appreciate any information that comes my way. Ladies of the 517th.........

I have pulled out all of my resources to get Paula Deen to speak at the Ladies Luncheon and to bring her cookbooks.  One of my students from grade and high school, who is now an attorney, recently worked as her Night Manager at the restaurant.  If anyone can work this for me, he can do it.  A little prayer would probably help, too.  I will let you know what happens.

Just a reminder.........I hope that you will attend the Patriotic Tribute that will be Thursday at 5:00 p.m. in the Atrium of the DeSoto.  My Choir kids have been been coming in 1 night a week this summer to rehearse for this, and they are very excited to present this Tribute to you.  The program will be approximately 45 minutes to include the Irish Dancers.  We look forward to entertaining you.
