Ben,

Thank you...this helps a great deal.  Eddy Monfort and I have been in touch.  For his age he's a real patriot.

Dear Howard,

Thanks for letting me know that one of the "letters" is actually a worn-thin number.  I will take better care of Floyd's footlocker now that I know the numbers actually mean something.  Maybe I'll even oil the lock and see if I can get a key made for it.  I sure would have liked to been around when the footlocker made its way to grandma and grandpa.  I am sure there were many "treasures" inside but I know grandma and grandpa would have rather had their loving son jump out of that footlocker.

Dear Joe Calder,

I was sent the ASN guide (by Ben) to try and decipher Floyd's footlocker number.  I was told that this is probably the same number as was on Floyd's dog Tag.  The ASN guide shows that officer's numbers began with a "0" and then 5 or 6 digits followed.  If this is the case, and Floyd was a 1st Lt., than I need to find out what the digit behind the "3" is.
Right now all I have is 0-13?445.  If you were also an officer, Joe, wouldn't your number have only 5 or 6 digits behind the "0"?  Just wondering...

The media and other "do gooders" that think that we are mean to the detainees in the Boy Scout Camp at Gitmo should be reminded of history and read about the German and Japanese prison camps in World War 2

What airhead gave them korans in the first place?  Do the towel heads provide their prisoners with Bibles before beheading them?
