Hal and I want to thank all of you for your wonderful comments regarding the Reunion.  Many of you have sent cards, and we certainly appreciate your thoughtfulness.  The Reunion was a lot of work, but I just really enjoyed putting it all together and seeing that everyone was enjoying themselves.  Seeing people having fun, being with old friends and meeting new friends was thanks enough for me.

For those of you that attended the Reunion and didn't receive a money clip or clock, please email or call me and let me know.  The email address is  HBeddow@cs.com

Some of you have asked for the address of Vic Power, owner of Kevin Barry's,  who so graciously paid for the food and drinks at our "Irish Night at Kevin Barry's".  His address is:

                               Vic Power
                               Kevin Barry's
                               117 West River St.
                               Savannah, GA  31401
I feel that he would be honored to hear from you.  FYI, Frank Emerson was the gentleman that provided music and many laughs ......... "Time for another toast".

I have received orders for the money clips, shirts and clocks.  To refresh your memory the information is below, and was in a previous Mail Call.

I will be re-ordering extra money clips and also extra gray pull-over 517th shirts. For those not attending the Reunion, I had ordered a very nice quality golf shirt with the 517th logo embroidery on the front. The 517th logo has 21,000 stitches in it. The shirts are $25.00 each with a $5.00 shipping/handling charge. If anyone would like extra shirts, they start at XS which will fit a woman and go up to 3XXX. I do ask that you get your orders in as soon as possible. If you order more than one shirt, there will be just one charge for s/h. There are no pockets on the shirt.

Also, I will be ordering more money clips if there are enough that would like to have them. I am thinking that perhaps your sons or even your daughters might like to have one of these gifts. The price to you will be $7.50 each plus $5.00 shipping and handling. Again, multiple orders will have just one shipping and handling unless you order a large amount (that would be determined by me).

The clocks that the women received as gifts can also be ordered, although I need a minimum of 25 to place an order. The clocks will be $6.00 plus the $5.00 s/h fees. They also would make a great gift for your children or grandchildren.

If anyone else would like to order the pictures taken of the group and of the units, I will accept your orders. The pictures are $10.00 each with the $5.00 shipping and handling. Multiple orders of pictures will have just one shipping and handling fee.

I would like to have all orders in by September 15th. All of the above items would make terrific gifts for Christmas. If you have any questions, please give me a call at (912) 925-2766.  Checks may be sent to:   Helen Beddow
