My name is Yvonne Rose, the daughter of Herbert Downs.
 
I have recently obtained the discharge paper of my dad's and found that he was a member of the 517th, H Company.  I am sending with this email, his discharge doc. and 2 pictures .  I hope someone on the web will remember him.
