The unidentified person in the back row, between Thompson and Garcia, may be Felix O. Ferra (per Antonio Salinas)

Note that the flag bearer, Bauer, is the same person on both sides. They took two photos and joined them together.  He ran to other side of the company after one side had the photo taken in order to be in both.
