Kenneth Goodbrake

Mon nom est, John Goodbrake fils de Kenneth Goodbrake.  Mon père fit parti de la 517Th prct de 1943 à 1945. Il fut parachuter, en Italie, puis aux Muy dans le sud de la france ou il iras sur Nice, puis sur Peyra-Cava.Il fut ensuite dans la bataille des Ardennes,et en renfort dans la bataille Arnim, sur la frontiere hollandaise.  Pour finir ensuite en Allemagne. Il est décédé 20 octobre 1967!! , comme tan d'autres Parachutistes, il resteras à jamais dans mon Cœur.

[My name is John Goodbrake son of Kenneth Goodbrake.  My father was part of the 517th Pct 1943 to 1945.  He parachuted in Italy, then to Le Muy in southern France where he will go to Nice, then Peira-Cava.  He was later in the Battle of the Bulge, and reinforced in the Battle of Arnim, on the border of Holland. Finally later in Germany.  He died October 20, 1967!  As with other paratroopers, he will stay forever in my Heart.]
