Attached are copies of a few pages from the History of the 36th Armored Infantry Regiment of the 3rd Armored Division, covering from 19th Dec 1944 to 26 Dec 1944.  This period covers events in the Soy-Hotton area and includes information on the 1st Battalion of the 517th which was attached to the 3rd Armored during this time.
